The Morgan is a four bedroom, two and a half bath home having
2,387 square feet of living space on the main and bedroom levels, both of which
have nine-foot ceilings. Offered in two floorplans, the traditional arrangement
has a formal living and dining room in the front of the home and the kitchen,
breakfast and family rooms at the rear. The country kitchen plan is for those
who prefer a more open, relaxed lifestyle, with the kitchen, breakfast, family
room and sunroom occupying fully two-thirds of the first floor area. In both arrangements,
the living room may be converted to an optional study.
Upstairs, the large
master suite boasts a dramatic cathedral ceiling over the sleeping area, as well
as, above the sitting area. In the bath, one finds a 6-foot garden tub, separate
shower, double vanity and enclosed toilet. Finishing off the master suite is a
walk-in closet that can accommodate nicely two persons' wardrobes.
Bedrooms
two and three are generously proportioned, while bedroom four, sized as a nursery,
is conveniently located adjacent to the master bedroom. Finishing off the second
floor is a bathroom with double vanity and laundry center.
Options available
in the Morgan include finishing a lower level with a huge recreation room, bedroom
with large walk-in closet and full bath, while still leaving room for three separate
storage areas. Additionally, space above the detached two-car garage may be added
- called a Hemingway Suite - and it makes a wonderful office for those who work
from home. Finishing the lower level adds almost 800 finished square footage to
the home, while the Hemingway Suite adds 350 square feet.
